Workstation
Your Scentsy Family Workstation is the place where the relationships you build meet the products you provide them with. It’s where you’ll place orders, see how your downline is performing, and get news from the Scentsy Family. It’s crucial that you familiarize yourself the the workstation, so let’s look at it together.
1. Home
The Home Tab contains an overview of your business on the left pane. In the main content area, you’ll see a running list of orders that have been placed by customers through your Personal Website (PWS) or by yourself directly in your workstation. if you scroll down, you’ll see some incentive program trackers that can show you how you are doing at working toward special incentive programs.
2. News
The News Tab is the first place you will hear news about Scentsy Family products, events, and technology. You should get into the habit of checking the news tab often to make sure you know what is going on and what is coming up in the Scentsy Family.
3. Account
The Account Tab of your workstation is where you go to edit your own personal details. You can edit your profile and security settings, submit your external website or team external website for approval, manage your brand subscriptions and international services, and retrieve tax documentation.
4. Contacts
On the Contacts Tab, you will be able to manage your customer contacts.
5. Orders
The Orders Tab is where you will place all your orders.
